《F.T.S.》（Fuck That Shit）是 JENNIE 首張個人專輯《Ruby》的第11首歌，也是一首徹底釋放內心束縛與負能量的作品。
這首歌的誕生，源自 JENNIE 與共同創作者 BIBI 和 Carly 的一場深刻對話。她們談到，只要真的相信，夢想終究會成真。而在這段對話的尾聲，她們不約而同說出一句話：「Fuck that shit.」——這句話也成了這首歌的靈魂。
JENNIE 表示，這首歌是為了「放下所有戲碼與有毒的能量」，是「不再回頭、只看向前方」的態度。在與 Zane Lowe 的訪談中，她說：「我真的覺得需要切斷那些拉著我往後拖的東西，對我來說，這是一首自由的國歌。」而只要在歌曲中細聽，就能聽見她們一層層堆疊的真實嗓音，用盡全力喊出那句：「fuck that shit」。
製作人 PLUSS 在 The Fader 的訪談中也補充到：
「在這首歌誕生前，JENNIE 和 BIBI 有過一場很深的對話，我覺得這首歌就是那一刻的直接延伸。她在這裡完全敞開自己，也完全不在意別人怎麼看。畢竟，當你敢發一首叫『Fuck That Shit』的歌時，你就真的不在乎別人怎麼想了。」
全曲只用鋼琴和低調節奏堆疊情緒，沒有過多修飾，卻足以把心中重擔一一傾倒的純粹釋放，這是一首屬於 JENNIE 的內心告白。
