BLACKPINK 成員 ROSÉ 推出全新英文單曲〈Messy〉，作為即將上映的好萊塢賽車電影《F1 The Movie》的原聲帶主打歌之一。歌曲由 LOSTBOY、BURNS 製作，ROSÉ 與 Cleo Tighe、Delacey 等人共同創作，在合成器與柔和節奏中，唱出一段激烈又脆弱的愛情故事。

〈Messy〉描述的是一段混亂卻真實的關係。歌詞從「我們像床單一樣纏在一起」開始，訴說愛裡的依賴與窒息。她不只想要對方的美好，甚至連「最糟的樣子」與「地獄般的情緒」都想接住，那是一種深愛到極致的執著。

副歌反覆唱著：「Maybe if it’s messy, then you know it’s really love.」
